What if ...a BATMAN movie were released on the early 40`s?
Mixing some modern advertising TECHNIQUES and a CLASIC art deco visual style I created this promotional poster for a fictional movie.

Well, there WERE Batman movie serials in the 1940s... but I don't think they had this kind of very cool poster art.

That would be a GREAT concept! Especially if they shot it like one of those film noir-style mystery films that showed up everywhere in the forties! Just take Batman seriously, give him a serious budget, found a way to do his suit justice, and they could've pulled it off! I'm a little skeptical about WHO would play Batman and the rest of his villains, but hey, you can figure that out for yourself!
