here is the film synopsis:
To keep the production cost down, a film crew is shooting a B horror film in a remote spot, deep within a South American jungle. A lawless territory far from any democracy… A territory ruled by ruthless drug lord Toro Malvado. One night, Malvado’s men ambush the shoot, killing all but the three beautiful actresses. They are taken to an abandoned military barracks converted into a prison the locals call Cellblock Z. There, they will be kept with dozens of other female captives until Malvado has use for them, either for his personal pleasure, or sale to the highest bidder. They are kept obedient, and trained for pleasure by Mavlavo’s chief warden Ivanika, a sadistic dominatrix who lives for the thrill of breaking the will of her prisoners.
Meanwhile, on the other side of town, a 60 year old plane wreck is discovered containing over 200 pounds of cocaine. Malvado thinks he has a goldmine on his hands. But first he has to test that the stuff is good – and who better to test it on then the Girls in Z.
But years of sitting exposed to a dank rainforest environment has caused a rare microscopic mold to taint the drugs, giving the user a heightened need for physical stimulation. But when enough the drugs finally gets into the bloodstream, it causes a hunger that can only be satisfied by human flesh!
Now Kandi, and a small band of uninfected girls will fight to escape the prison filled with crazed cannibalistic prisoners, guards and dogs. And if they clear the prison… they will still have miles of jungle to cross to reach safety!

Is that an actual movie plot? Cause it totally sounds like it could be. B movie schlock, but totally the good kind. I would want to see it. I like the poster too. Very 60's B movie style.
